misplaced parcel 22OCT-26NOV

my parcel is missing, Heidedal says its in Kagisanong, and Kagisanong says it is in Heidedal, and this back and forth has been happening for a month now, complaints help desk do not reply to emails, customer care call centre are sending me back to the 2 post offices, I really think SAPO doesn't give a S**t. we have no place to run to for help when it comes to them. I have now lost my payment protection as I was giving them the chance to find my parcel and not have to lodge a dispute.
