Misplaced goods

Hi ,

M Mohau Morake and I'm really not satiesfied with the level of service I received from Boulders Post office 2 days back.

1. I use a petrol or taxi far3 to get there and when I get by post office Que is long with less staff to assist.

2. I've been sending my brother which is my business partner to go collect stock by boulders post office and whenever he goes there he doesn't get the parcels we looking for which are inside that post office "that's wad he told me and wouldnt believe him". M Always at work selling so send him most of the times to go get the stock cos he's home most of the times. Sometimes they tell him our parcels have returned back ...this ****es me off because they are the once who don't get our stock whenever we go the to collect.

2days back I decided not to go sell cos I wanted to go to that post office with my brother and c if Indeed, all the bad he said about that post office is true and yes .. it was true. *Long Que,* slow bad service delivery, *elders" I know they need job but that post offices also need youth cos they still have energy to run around and get our parcels" , *misplacing of parcel.. how's all this possible. Even on the Que people were complaining. .come on guys

I waited in the Que for long and when it was my time to be served the mama took our tracking numbers to check for our parcels which about 2months/ a month ago they found and kept them aside ... she took over 30mins checking my parcels and I appreciated that but I hated it when she said she doesn't find our stock ,mayb our parcels have been sent back. She also tryed to blame us by saying we don't come to collect our stock cos our parcels are from January.

My bother goes there almost everymonth and he never gets stock or he gets the stock that they once said it has been sent back. AFter that they'll take my brother's numbers and say they will call him but they never do call him. I also took that post offices numbers and they never pick up that phone . So who's fault is it ? I can't keep on sending my brother to that post office every now and then anymore cos is costly to get there and the worst part the staff can't find my parcels which they recieved.

Now that I saw with my own us ...I send u this complain letter. Tell them to find all parcels under name of Mamello Nyapotse and keep them aside in one place ,give us a call after that.

This is who I am, this is not a threat!!!

I used to b a gangster , i used to hurt people by beating and taking their staff so I can have some , God got in to me and ...I stopped that with help of some people cos they know i have a good heart, I even managed to apologies to those iv hurt and they forgave me. I FEEL blessed cos some of them are my customers now. M trying to make a living by selling clothes and in those parcels is my stock WHICH i have to go sell to my customers. If they don't get my stock by this month, I will hunt them down and torture them until they feel the pain that m feeling right now. I have no baby,no mama,no gf...i just have brothers who are old enough to live without me,so I have nothing to loose...I will mess up those people when I get crazy... show them ghost with my own hands...

By now they know my brother(business partner) cos he's been there so many times trying to get our stock..since from December 2018.

I complain cos iv changed my ways ...I no longer wanna hurt people ..I want my parcels and I will start counting 4 months from the day they find my parcels. They said they send parcels back only after four months ..so my 4 months has not started cos they haven't found my parcels even though it shows they have received them.

I pray that they find all my parcels b4 devil get inside me again cos I will cause chaos to those people in boulders post office. They get salaries from that job,i have to sell clothes to get money and eat, I don't have basic salary. Find all my parcels I wanna release them all b4 this month end.

I hate receiving bad services especially from my own black people ,my people ...that's disgusting..we should be helping one another instead. They don't serve white people this way...

Remember , this is not a threat ..is who I m... if they gonna undermine me cos m black and young, il teach them a lesson...which they will never forget cos is will b headlines.

The took my brother's numbers again 2days back ..and they still haven't called us.

On Tuesday they found our January items ,which they once said they were sent back so this is a prop that problem is this boulders post office ,they misplace parcels . We didn't expect to find those items cos they once said they were returned back.

Now they can't find the items which were kept aside for us about 2months/ a month ago ..this really doesn't make sense...

Next time my bro goes there ..he must find that stock,if he doesn't find it...they'll deal with me from then....

I want all my parcels and I want nothing to do with those people thereafter ... I hate boulders post office...I just want my parcel... done!!! This is not a joke, il teach those people a lesson... they shouldn't undermine people .. they should deliver equal excellent service to all... I do deliver great service and iv won certificates in Goldfielda mall, and waterfall mall for delivering excellent service that's y I get mad when I get a bad service especially from my own balck people ..
