misleading poor service bad service

<p> </p> <p>Bought a fast mail envelope at SA Post Office at CBD brach they told me it's gonna take 3 to 5 working days I've posted the stuff on the 23 of January at 10:01am still has nt arrive in Port Elizabeth my mother went to the post office they check many times she even went to the main Depot in Port ELIZABETH the stuff has not arrived they advised that I must go back where I posted it which is CBD Cape Town now I'm coming there spoke to the lady she told me that the is nothing that they can do it's untraceable which they never told me and she said that the is thousands of important letters they can't just look for 1 letter</p> <p> </p> <p>So to my understanding my letter to them is not important only now they told me it's untraceable and the lady didn't even make an effort to check maybe it was left behind by mistake</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I asked to so speak to the manager he said his name is MR Hermm**** Swartz his answer was he cnt help me the is nothing that they can do</p> <p> </p> <p>So buying a fast mail envelope and using the post office is not safe cz the manager they wil jst say the is nothing they can do they dis not even try to check or phone mybe their depot</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not happy as a client </p>
