Misinformation from the Bothas Hill Postmistress

We have had a PO Box at the Bothas Hill Post Office since 2003. We have found out that there is a substantial concession for persons 60 years and older. We are both 72. On applying at the Bothas Hill Post Office, we were misinformed by the postmistress that the concession is only for social pensioners. We were **** to. the concession is definitely applicable to all persons over the age of 60. Accordingly, I have had to pay the full amount of R 350 for 2019.
