Phoned ERMELO Post Office and asked that they redirect parcel to Rustenburg. Lady told me that the docking slip displayed another name not the name of the addressee (my name). Phoned customer care JOHANNESBURG to enquire about progress on 22/12/2016 - very helpful gentleman send email to his colleagues to enquire about holdup since 6/12/2016. Received an SMS on 22/12/2016 indicating that the parcel will be forwarded to Rustenburg via Tshwane Mail Centre, outstanding amount R97.19. On 30/12/2016 the tracking report showed that there was no movement since 23/12/2016. Phoned Johannesburg Customer Services on 05/01/2017 from the Post Office, to enquire about the progress. I was rudely informed that the parcel is send by tshwane mail and I should enquire at my local Post Office if it has arrived yet. My Post Office must contact tshwane mail centre and will then have to let me know when the parcel is ready for collection. Up to this day - NOTHING! I was told it is held up somewhere.... Should it arrive eventually, I acturally feel like refusing to pay the R97.17 to cover my telephone bill and what I had to put up with so far.</p>
