Minister orders SAPOS to ***** faster....

Im trying to collect stamps in this s..thole. But the damn Post Office workers at the mail centre now *****s stamps!? ***. Where did they now learn that ? Every one out of 10 packages are now sealed with their "We found it open" label. And the stamps carefully removed!! How do I handle this ? There is ZERO chance of SAPOS helping here. What a dunghole....
