Menlyn Post Office poor Management.

I want to complain about the poor service at Menlyn Post Office. I think the manager Ms. Given Dhuwaza needs to take responsibility for this. On Saturday 29 Feb 2020 her Post Office was closed despite the notice that it is operating on Saturdays from 9 - 13:00. Maybe it because it was leap year... When I went there the following Tuesday to collect a parcel, we had to wait for more than 25 min before the one assistant could help us. Two other service stations were deserted. When I knocked on Ms. Dhuwaza`s door to complain, she was not in. I think she must get her responsibilities in order.
