Matroosfontein Post Office

According to tracking information my parcel has been at the post office since August 29, 2018. And apparently a notice was sent to me to pick up the parcel. These are lies! I never received any notice and when I was at the post office they told me there was nothing for me.

*******. I paid so much money ordering this package from the states and now I'm to be ok with losing my money just like that?

Matroosfontein Post Office, are YOU going to refund me?
