Marshelltown post office. . .snail mail

I fail to understand how a post office can have such a small number of people working and the rest just have a bad attitude.There are a lot of unemployed youth who would **** for a job.yes customer service is no fun that I know but the least u can do is try and speed up the process and less attitude.this is a norm at the post office and I don't know wether it's because it's a government institution so zero care given I guess.
