Marshall Town post office

Im waiting for a parcel from abroad and the parcel arrived in SA post office. The parcel was supposed to go to Benmore Gardens branch but instead landed up at Marshall Town. I went to Marshall Town 3 weekends in a row but they were closed. I called and they said my parcel was ******. After that I've been trying to call them because i want to claim my money from them but they never answer my calls. The operating hours board on the door clearly states that they are open on Saturdays but they are not.
