Marbleray post office Durban newlands east

I received a message sms to pick up my package tiny thing too...cost R28....im up to date that every parcel individual parcel is charged at R28 each however this was one tiny parcel separated by envelopes for packaging purposes ... However this particular female at the marbleray post office in newlands east durban politely pulls the binding tape around the parcel apart to reveal 2 small envelopes and together not weighing more than 0.0038 packed separately merely for protective measures and bound ..heck it was a delivery so small charged at R28 until this Idiot pulls it apart to make 2 and charge R56 just to impress herself that she managed to ROB LEGALLY ..... so unecessary .......despicable
