Manager refusing to give us our Sassa money

I was at tygervally post office and the manager is very ****** there ....told us the is no money for Sassa but his staff confirmed that they do have money its him that is refusing. He also told us to go back to our locations....the government said we can receive the Sassa money to any Post office!
