Manager accused me of being a ****!!!

Manager accused me of being a ****, my keys broke not working in regards to my Gateway post box. After asking to sort out the problem the manager accused me of being a ****, and that I handed in the wrong post box keys. Yet this was the same set of keys giving to me from the beginning.
