Major complaint bad service, incorrect info on internet

I was at 3 different post offices today to renew my vehicle licences. Post offices were Selcourt, Sharon Park and Dersley. The following is my complaint of each one.

1. Selcourt Post Office The service is very slow. Stood in the cue for almost 3 hours. Then left as another customer said Sharon Park is quiet and is faster. Came back. Later just to be told they dont have more paper to print the disks.

2. Sharon Park Post Office Stood it the cue for 30 minute just to be told 5 minutes before closing the system is offline but yet when we arrived back at Selcourt they where still up an running. 🤔 Aren't all post offices working on the same system. Which told me Sharon Park **** about being offline. We even asked to show us that the system is offline and upon asking queations we got ignored by the staff member. He gave his name as Bongani Maseko when asked but for all I know he **** about that to.

3. Dersley Post Office

According to the internet they close at 13:30 so when we got there at 13:00 they where all ready closed a while already.

So I drove about 45km for nothing as if money grow on my back and petrol is cheap just to get home with nothing.

Head office should look into this as this is unacceptable in today time and technology.
