Maitland post office

Good day I'm highly disappointed with the Maitland post office. I have called a good number of times and there is no response this is extremely unprofessional as the it doesn't take rocket science to answer a phone I have a parcel that went there that should of went to the milnerton branch but do you think I can get hold of them to actually send it there this is extremely pathetic
