maill woes

I am most disgruntled with the service of the post office. I received an sms from the university that my mail has been posted. On the 16 march, I went to the post office in lenasia xn 13 who told me to go jeppe post office I was told its not there, went back to the p.o was told to call randburg it wasn't there, I tried the 0860 number I've been holding for half to no avai no one has answered the call, I'm at wits end what do I do. Keep in mind this is not the first time I have a problem with my post
