Mail Ships of 1900 were faster !!

An envelope posted in the UK in January 2023 (with tracking) eventually reached Durban in early April. It has remained in Durban for over three weeks because, according to customer services, "We have no transport available to deliver mail to Hillcrest". I have offered to drive to Durban to collect the envelope which I desperately need before going overseas - but get no response. PATHETIC !
