MAIL NOT DELIVERED

I have been waiting for my certificate that was supposed to be delivered via post office for more than a month now. today I enquired from their call centre with the tracking number (RD***), only to be advised that the certificate has been sent back to the sender because I never collected, yet the post office never sent a notification to advise me of the parcel.<br> My mail is always delayed by not less than 3 months and this is frustrating and inconveniencing. Sometimes, my mail is returned to sender with a note that the address is incorrect. When attempting to call the relevant post office (since the call centre cannot assist), the line ***0) is forever engaged. I do not know how to make sure that I receive my male on time.<br> <br> I am frustrated.
