Lost/untraceable package

I ordered as an item online in November 2015, it reached SA dated 17-12-2015, cleared customs dated 20-12-2015 and has been 'in transit' from Wits Pos to Industria post office since the 14-01-2016. I was advised on the 5th Feb 2016 to go fill in an enquiry form at the post office which I did and to date which is now 25 working days later have no response to advise what they are doing to try an get my parcel or re-fund me. I logged a complaint with the regulator ICASA dated 29-02-2016 11:00 AM, Esther Mosely from the post office contacted me to get details that were on the compliant logged and still has not come back to me, and the person from ICASA that is suppose to help me is Victor Sello Nkwane They expect me to wait another 14 working days before they have to come back to me never mind the fact the its been 25 working days already and that I need my item that I ordered. I have since sent 2 emails and no acknowledgment of my mails have been sent, there is absolutely no communication going on with me. They have not even told me that if my item is lost what is the process or way forward from there.
