Lost Post

I am stressing for Original documents might be lost that was sent from Port Elizabeth to Highveld Centurion. I phoned customer service which say the parcel was scanned 15th January 2016, and received in Highveld Centurion 18th January 2016. I have not received the slip for collection and just took the tracking number, but the lady said no parcel was at Highveld Centurion. Please investigate and i will supply tracking number.
