Lost parcels

I have two registered parcels which I have not yet received. The one parcel RC ********** 52ZA was sent out on the 1st of June 2018 and is still today 16 August 2018 at the Witpos Hub. The other parcel PA ********** 07 ZA was sent out from Despatch on the 3rd of August 2018 and I still have not received it. Both parcels’ destination is Highveld Centurion. I will definitely use a different type of postal service in the future as this is affecting my income. I am very disappointed in this service.
