Lost parcels

I wrote the below in April about a parcel i lost August 2014, i Still havent recieved any feedback on the investigations. Investigations cant take more than a year. there are 2 parcels that were stollen at the post office.<br> <br> <br> The post office has lost my parcel RF***SG & RS***NL I have been send from one end to another. i was told to fill in the in the inquiry form for investigations which i did. I haven't heard anything from the post office up to now. This parcels they costs about R1600.00
