Lost Parcel within SA Post office

My parcel arrived in SA @ JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on Saturday, September 8, 2018 @ 11:47:00 as Incomming International . 1 Month ago! This is according to the SA Post office themselves. No one can find it or tell me when I can expect delivery at my local post office. Not an acceptable service !
