Lost parcel post office

I won’t advise people use post office to sent parcel, I brought Items from America and I use post office on the 9th August I tracked my item shows here South Africa OR tambo international airport post office and I have evidence but if I phone the keep telling is lost other the dropping calls and one lady told me is not appearing on the system how come I hate post office and I want my parcel spend so much money and they *****ing parcel over 4 months now stil no help
