Lost parcel LA***US

<p>On the 30th December my parcel was shipped from the USA.Been tracking the parcel with South African Post office silverlakes and menlyn Pretoria where i was told my parcel was in Johannesburg hub after about 3months and a few being in transit.From Johanessburg hub to pretoria mail center i was asked to call after a week or 2 hopefully they will have received my parcel till this day i go to the post on a daily to check and im being told my parcel can no longer be tracked as the track number is now saying its invalid.Iv called the customer care aswell as the mail centre im not getting any answers ,emailed the customer service and they telling me the parcel has never been in the country.So your track systems ****???What is all this??I want my parcel!!</p>
