Lost parcel in Midrand

I ordered an item from USA in Midrand Post Office and they lost my parcel since February 2018.

I have been there so many times and they promise to call me back because my parcel was logged in their system but being misplaced. The last time I was there, the post office manager took my cell number to call me back once he get to the bottom of this matter.

Its been three months and no call has come throug.
