Lost parcel

I have been waiting for a parcel from the USA. The parcel arrived in South Africa on the 5th of December 2023. I still haven’t received the parcel even now, it’s been saying “transit to destination” and now when I try to track it there’s no update it just shows that it arrived in SA. No update on the whereabouts of my package. I’ve called post office multiple times and no answer from them.
