Lost parcel

I have imported a shoe from Gorilla Wear, I was notified it had arrived at the post office. The post office has said that they need to run an investigation because they cannot find the shoe. It has been a month and still no word. I had driven to Gallo Manor post office and no help at all! Pathetic service and attitude
