Lost Parcel at the Post offie

On the 18 September i posted a parcel in Kuils river post office using an option of a registered mail. up to this day they cannot tell me where is it. on the 30th October i went to ask for their assistance to locate this letter and the manager by the name of Linda Maree just took my email address only to cc me when she was sending an email to her colleague and never came back to me to tell me where my parcel is stuck. i now want my parcel and money back because i have not received a service since my parcel never reached the destination.
