Lost parcel at SAPO and no help

I posted a parcel at the post office on 17 September 2021 from Centurion to Maseru, Lesotho. A whole month later and the parcel still hasn't reached its destination. All that I see when I track it is that it is on route. Really?? for a month? I have emailed and after my emails were passed from one department to another, I still can't get an answer on when the parcel will reach its destination. I'm definitely never ever using the post office again!
