Lost parcel and no response

Im looking for a parcel that was sent from Australia tracking number ej ********** 19AU, the last report was 2/25/2018 2:25 PM Departure from inward office of exchange JIMC. It took 6 days to get from Sydney to JHB. It has taken. It has taken 25 days to exit the JHB depot. I have been to the post office 4 times and they don't know where it is. i have sent 5 emails to customer service on 15/02, 19/02, 23/02, 02/03 and today 05/03. I have not received a response. Do you care?
