Lost Parcel and No one answering on email/phones ... So frustrating & worst service

Hi Post Office,

We tried calling on 'Trace & Track' contact number '***' many times but no one answered the calls. Its been more than 2 weeks and status of the parcel PA ********** 98ZA still shows 'In transit at JHB mail centre.' This parcel is insured. Please get back to us and advise where is the parcel and when will it be delivered?

We are really experiencing a very poor service. Hope you understand and get back to us ASAP.
