Lost parcel

My parcel arrived in South Africa on the 16th of May 2015. It then left the Johannesburg mail centre on the 11 June to be sent to Norwood Post office. Norwood post office decided it was the wrong post office as the parcel was meant to go to sandton and they shipped it back to the JHIMC. It then disappeared again and then was suddenly scanned again on the 8th of July 2015. The status is \in transit"<br> It is now 2 weeks later and still no word on the parcel.<br> After numerous emails no one can clarify where this parcel is or where it might end up. The call centre is useless as they don't even answer calls!<br> It amazes me how a package can take 1 week to arrive in the country and 3 months later I still do not have it.<br> Your service or lack there of is absolutely atrocious.<br> I will never make use of the SAPO again.<br> """
