Lost parcel

I've been there for more than 3 times to collect my parcel with no luck. I was told that my parcel its in germiston hub went there they told me its at katlehong post office went there they told me its returned back to jhb hub. Tracked it is showing me that its at jhb hub. But No one is willing to assist me with my parcel. What bothers me most is that I did not receive any notification regarding the parcel I've been running around trying to collect with no luck.
