Lost Parcel
Good day, I send a parcel to Australia on 10 January 2015. The lady told me it would take 10 working days to get there. It is the 13th of February 2015 and no trace of the parcel. I tried all the websites to \track & trace "the parcel but to no success!!! I've tried to contact *** but it is useless"

The above mentioned register left the country for Australia on 29/01/2015 and it may be traced further with the Australian postal services. Please supply the recipient with the SA tracking label so to allow them to locate it further on their side.
