Lost Package No Reimbur*****t No Response

I posted a dress that cost R5000 to my cuzin in Durban on the 09-06-15.The package was never delivered but signed for by the driver of speed courier services. I filled in a claim form and sent all information through to them . When i spoke to Walter he told me about an memo that hasn't been signed off. An internal memo is not my problem. Till now no one has given me a phone call or a reply to what is happening. I am so irritated cause I keep calling and get no joy. Terrible service from speed courier service. No one can help and now me and my cuzin is out of pocket. Money lost and no package delivered. Can someone please get back to me. I called this morning and memmeng *** is not answering the phone. Walter ***. Terrible client service and I'm still waiting for my R5000 to be reimbursed.
