Lost package and no one willing to help.

I ordered items from oversees. The items were separated into 2 Shipments. both parcels were shipped together, both arrived in SA together, both were released by customs together. only one parcel arrived at my post office. SAPO phones does not get answered, not JIMC, emails does not get responded to. SAPO track and trace website does not even pick up the tracking number. Appalling service.
