Lost package

Good Day.A package was posted door to door on the 19 Sep 2015 tracer no TC***ZA at Witbeeck Post Office by Violet teller no 3 this package went missing,i contacted the post office and spoke to Violet and she said she will find out what happened to the package.Few weeks later i phoned again where she stated she still waiting for answer from Speed Services and she is going on leave so i must speak to Magda when i phone again.I spoke to Magda once a week for 2 weeks now and every time she tells me these things take time.I need to know what happened to the package and whose to blame and what can i do about it.
