Lost package
I have two packages that should have arrived last year September 2014. As of yet I have not received either and it is now Beginging of March 2015. I have mailed several people at the post office, but no one seems to know where it is. I have two tracking numbers LJ***US and LJ***US. It shows it left the US and was in transit to South Africa. If this was little money I would have left it but it is not. I do not know what else to do. Please help. I just want my package now.

The digits provided aren't recognised as tracking labels but customs numbers and we are unable to pick records on these numbers as the services used to have them forwarded doesn't include a tracking option.
