lost my registered letter

On the 13/01/2016 I posted the letter to sandton from burgersfort. I registered the mail in order to track the letter. Today they cannot locate my letter. When I call I find glory, one of the employees who said they cannot do anything. When I ask is that she referred me to call centre. I registered the letter so that I can track it.
