lost my 2 parcels

Hi i have 2 parcels that was sent to to me an i have emailed regarding this an got a response as some1 else collected my parcel i would like to know how can someone collect a parcel without my letter an copy of my ID. below:That was the email i received an rep**** but no1 gets back to me as my parcels are just gone now.
