Lost items with no responsibility taken

Hi

I currently have a number of incoming international parcels, some of which have been posted in August 2014 already!!!

Unfortunately, I don't have any tracking numbers for these parcels (as this was the only shipping method available from the sellers), so SAPO takes absolutely no responsibility!!!!

What about parcels that were either destroyed / damaged or ****** during the 2014 strike? How will customers (that paid a substantial amount in shipping) be compensated? When will SAPO take responsibility, especially in view of the fact that they got paid for a service that they did not deliver ? I see this as plain *****ing!!!

I did not claim from the international sellers as we were told in 2014 that the strike is over and that the back log will be cleared - NOW I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCELS IT IS TOO LATE FOR ME TO CLAIM, so the lost is mine. I don't think that is fair at all!!!!!

How will customers be compensated? All that we get is generic answers that does not mean a thing!!!

You e-mail customer service and will be very lucky if you get an response.

Can anyone check if parcels can be picked up using my name and postal address?
