Lost in Transit?

A parcel i ordered back in April has still not been delivered and has now been sitting in durmail for a week and still no one can tell me when it will be delivered. A separate parcel i ordered in April with a tracking number starting with UA has all but disappeared in the South African postal system and i've been told there is no way anyone can help locating it! Thanks SA Post! The staff are not the most friendly either... it's just a case of it can't be tracked sorry... I unfortunately have another parcel arriving with a tracking number starting with UA (not through my choice) that i'm pretty sure is going to disappear as well!
