Lost goods and slow delivery on new parcel

My parcel (track II***ZA )has been missing since 14 May 2015 and there is an ongoing investigation as to what happened to my goods. My new parcel (track II***ZA) has been at the Johannesburg mail hub since the 8th January 16. My goods was cleared by customs on the 4th Jan 16.It is strange that it can take so long to be dispatched. The last time this happened my parcel never came as per the 1st tracking number. It is ridiculous that something that arrived in South Africa on the 4th of December 2015 could take this long to get to our local post office. My goods will be redundant by the time I receive it. Please help in finding the 1st lost parcel and getting my new parcel to me speedily
