Lost ..fast mail..slow mail ...lost visa and identity documents

My experience from ..... Durban, Marble ray, Newlands East post office.... I asked to send a fast mail on the 01/06/2019 I still haven't received the fast mail in JHB to date 11/06/2019 I was charged R25.00 for a stamp And it was placed in a plain white envelope and JHB post office can't find or track my documents which are originals No tracking number or slip nor proof of sent documents was given to me To my knowledge fast mail has a difference envelope but this man kept screaming in venak/Zulu "fast mail is plain white not red and blue" their system and work ethic is pathetic....
