Losing my mind

Absolutely horrible and slow service. I have been e-mailing from a month for parcels that had arrived in the country months ago. i havent recieved a single response to those emails and have no idea where my parcel is. Nobody answers any of the numbers given. My local post office says they can't help me. What in the world is going on with the SAPO????? Its been 6 months and no delivery. I cannot get a refund as the company says they have delivered the parcel and its out of their control.......
