Losing international packages

<p>SA Post Office is absolutely useless. They never delivered my international package, and when I asked them where it was after giving the tracking number, they said that that is an international tracking number, so they couldn't find it. Apparently they change it with a local tracking number, but don't inform the recipient of the new number. Now I'm left with no way to find my parcel. </p>
