losing business due to slow postal service

Parcel no RC ********** 93ZA has been stuck at witspos for more than 10 days. Nobody knows where it is. Terrible and delayed service from SAPO! Registered mail is supposed to be faster and more secure. It should not take more than 15 days for a letter to be delivered to the recipient.
