Loot Crate Delivered UNSEALED!

Below is the text of an email addressed to **********

To Whom It May Concern,

I have received my Loot Crate today. This package took many weeks to clear customs, despite arriving in South Africa on 16 December 2016. Follow the link for the tracking information: http://apps.asendiausa.com/tracking/packagetracking.html?uid=MTYyNjMzMjM1NDA5NjUyMzMyODY3&pid=SS ********** 0

Since the parcel’s arrival in South Africa, I had attempted to contact customs telephonically, to no avail. I understand that the the Christmas period is busy, but there was seemingly no staff on duty at all, as I never, once, spoke to someone when calling ********** ! This got to a point where I contacted Loot Crate to claim that my parcel was missing! I can send you the transcript of that correspondence, if you desire evidence.

My January parcel has arrived in South Africa as of 19 January 2017 and I expect a better service. Follow the link for tracking information: http://apps.asendiausa.com/tracking/packagetracking.html?uid=NTQzMjMyMzU0MDk2NTIzMzI4Njc=&pid=SS ********** 53

When it was delivered to my office (I was out at the time), the package was received OPENED. I presume it was opened for customs clearance, if so, why was it not resealed before delivery? That is UNACCEPTABLE!

When I inspected the contents, there was no t-shirt included. Loot Crate guarantees a shirt every month. As my parcel was received at the delivery address unsealed, I lay the blame for the missing item with South African Customs.

I want my item, as I have paid for this subscription service. If my item is unrecoverable, I would like the name and employee number of the person involved with handling my parcel, as I would like to lay a charge of theft against them.

I have CC’d the Post Office Customer Service, International Parcels and Johannesburg International Mail Centre email addresses as well as Loot Crate’s support.

I await your prompt reply.

Kind Regards,
Yasser Adam
