Looking for my package

I try ring post office sending email you get no answer from them.im waiting for a parcel from ireland it came into south Africa 11 april but no tracking number put to it.this will be the 4th package i wont rec from south africa posr office its not on..why is there no one doing something but people package going missing in south africa aerport ,they have to be taking people private stuff .someone need to do something about it .
